God First

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” – Matthew 6:33

In the symphony of our lives, priorities often jostle for attention, competing for the spotlight of significance. In the midst of this cacophony, Matthew 6:33 resounds as a divine directive, inviting us to recalibrate our priorities: “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

Making God the priority in our lives is not a passive choice; it’s a transformative decision that ripples through every facet of our existence. It’s a conscious commitment to seek His kingdom above all else, aligning our desires, ambitions, and decisions with His divine purpose.

When God occupies the throne of our priorities, an extraordinary change occurs. Our relationships, work, and daily endeavors are infused with a heavenly perspective. Matthew 6:33 assures us that as we seek God first, the concerns and necessities of life fall into divine alignment. It’s not a transaction but a profound shift where God becomes the lens through which we perceive and navigate the world.

The impact of prioritizing God extends beyond personal transformation; it radiates to those within our sphere of influence. Family, friends, colleagues, everyone glimpses the radiance of God’s priority in our lives. Our choices become a testimony, a living demonstration of what it means to seek His kingdom above all else.

In the ebb and flow of daily challenges, making God the priority empowers us to face uncertainties with unwavering faith. When we choose to seek His righteousness, our lives become living examples of grace and love. Our families witness the resilience that stems from an unshakable foundation in God.

The transformative power of prioritizing God doesn’t just alter our circumstances; it shapes our character. As you put God first in your life, others will take notice. The world around you will change as you put God first. They will take notice. Let God lead your life and watch the impact He places upon you as you strive to be the living example He wants you to be, for Him.
