The Trophy of Grace
“So that in the coming ages he might display the immeasurable riches of his grace through his kindness to us in Christ Jesus.” – Ephesians 2:7
Every salvation story is a story of grace. When God saves us, He does more than forgive our sins and give us eternal life. He transforms our lives into living evidence of His mercy. We become displays of His goodness, walking testimonies of His love, and reflections of His power to redeem. Paul calls this the purpose of salvation. To show the immeasurable riches of God’s grace through our lives.
Think about what a trophy represents. It tells a story of victory. It reminds others of a battle that was fought and won. In the same way, every believer is a trophy of God’s grace. We are proof of what His kindness can do in a life that once was broken. The change that Jesus brings to our hearts is not meant to be hidden. It is meant to be seen by a world that needs to know that redemption is possible.
Your life, your testimony, and your transformation are not accidents. They are divine displays of grace. God rescued you so that others could see His goodness through you. When people notice the peace you have in hardship, the forgiveness you extend to others, or the joy you carry through trials, they are catching a glimpse of the grace that changed you.
The longer we walk with Christ, the more our lives should reflect His kindness. Grace is not something that fades with time. Rather, it deepens. As we continue to experience God’s mercy, our gratitude grows, and that gratitude becomes contagious. Others begin to see the difference and realize that the same grace that saved us is available to them.
Your story is not just about you. It is about the One who brought you from death to life. The purpose of your salvation is not only your rescue but also your reflection of Him. Let your life be a showcase of His grace and a reminder that no one is too far gone for the love of God to reach.
You are living proof that grace works. Let your story point others to the Savior who made it possible.
