Stewarding Relationships
"Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together." - Hebrews 10:24–25
Relationships are precious gifts that require careful stewardship. We're called to encourage one another, bear each other's burdens, and spur one another toward love and good deeds. This means investing time in others, speaking words that build up rather than tear down, and creating communities where people can grow in faith. Relationship stewardship involves both giving and receiving, knowing when to speak and when to listen, when to help and when to allow others to serve. Contentment in relationships comes from focusing on what we can give rather than what we can get. When we steward relationships well, we create environments where everyone can flourish.
One practical way to nurture relationships is by being present and intentional. A simple message, a shared meal, a phone call, or time spent praying with someone can strengthen bonds in meaningful ways.
