The Truth That Gives Life

"But to all who did receive him, he gave them the right to be children of God, to those who believe in his name." - John 1:12

People struggle with the idea that Jesus is the only way to God. They hear Him say, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me," and they push back. They ask how billions of people could be wrong. They wonder if Christians are just being narrow-minded. They assume that believing in only one way to God is arrogant or even hateful.

But here is the real question. Is it true?

If Jesus was just another religious teacher, then claiming to be the only way would be ridiculous. But Jesus was not just another man. He was not just a wise leader or a moral example. He was and is the Son of God. That changes everything.

Every other religious leader in history was born, lived, and died. Their words may have influenced people, but they remained in the grave. Jesus did not. He was born of a virgin. He lived a perfect, sinless life. He died on the cross, taking on the punishment for sin. And three days later, He walked out of the tomb. No other name in history carries that kind of power. No other person has conquered death.

That is why Jesus is the only way. Not because Christianity is a club that excludes people, but because Jesus is the only one who can offer eternal life. He is not limiting salvation. He is offering it to everyone. John 1:12 says that all who receive Him are given the right to be children of God. The door is open. The invitation is for all. The truth is life-giving, and that life is available to you.

The question is not whether Jesus is the only way. The question is, will you receive Him? Because if you do, the life He gives is eternal, and it is yours forever.
