The Wise Heart
"The heart of the discerning acquires knowledge, but the mouth of a fool feeds on folly." - Proverbs 15:14

The discerning heart actively seeks knowledge and understanding, while the foolish person is content to consume whatever appeals to their immediate desires without consideration of its value or consequences.
