As parents, we’ve got to do our part to make sure our labor is worthwhile. We need to make sure our labor, our hard work, and our years of investing in these kids are worth it. If we get this wrong and do it our own way, God tells us our labor will be in vain. But on the flip side, He says that if we build our house on the Lord, if we build our homes according to His plans and His ways, our labor, our work, our painful moments, and our constant efforts will be worthwhile.
