Many years ago, a bumper sticker became popular in Christian circles that said: “God said it. I believe it. That settles it.” But here’s the reality: If God says it, that settles it—whether we believe it or not! Today, we live in a world that wants to redefine truth. People say things like, "truth is relative" or "there’s no absolute truth." But God’s Word tells us otherwise. Jesus said, "You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" (John 8:32). He didn’t say you will know a truth—He said you will know the truth. So what does God’s Word say about truth? Let’s look at six biblical principles that define truth according to God.
