FACING FEARS WITH GOD’S STRENGTH

July 24, 2023

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10

Fear has a way of holding us captive, preventing us from fully embracing the life God has called us to. But in Isaiah 41:10, God lovingly reassures us that we do not have to face our fears alone. He is with us, ready to strengthen, help, and uphold us with His righteous right hand.

Facing our fears is not an easy task. It requires courage, vulnerability, and a willingness to step out of our comfort zones. Yet, when we choose to confront our fears with God by our side, amazing things can happen.

Firstly, we must remember that God is with us. He is not a distant observer of our struggles but a present help in times of trouble. He knows our fears intimately, and He promises to walk with us through them. We can find comfort and courage in knowing that the Creator of the universe is by our side, providing the strength we need to face our fears head-on.

Secondly, God strengthens us. He equips us with His power and enables us to overcome our fears. We don’t have to rely on our own limited abilities or resources. When we lean on God and trust in His strength, we tap into a supernatural source that empowers us to conquer even the most daunting fears.

Lastly, God upholds us. He sustains us through the journey, even when we feel weak or discouraged. His righteous right hand is there to support us, lift us up, and guide us. As we step out in faith, we can trust that God’s loving hand will steady us, ensuring that we do not stumble or fall.

Today, I encourage you to face your fears with God’s strength. Allow His presence to infuse you with courage and His promises to ignite hope within your heart. Step out in faith, knowing that He is with you, ready to strengthen and uphold you.
